AMAZING! A free app a day for the whole year! - www.freeappaday.com

Blacksmithgames, TapJoy, and OpenFeint have created www.FreeAppADay.com - a website, much like www.appventcalendar.com, except this time a paid iphone game goes free every day of the year! I guess Blacksmithgames didn't even want to wait for next Christmas for it's next AppVent Calendar, happening for Easter! That's right, Blacksmith games is also doing an Easter AppVent Calendar starting April 1st!

In case I don't post about today's free apps every day, here are most of my sources:

IN EFFECT:

Free App A Day - a program that drops the price of a popular app to free every day.

TheAPPera - Apps that have recently dropped to free that have been blogged about.

Appshopper - popular apps that have dropped to free recently

NOT IN EFFECT:

AppVent Calendar - a program on April 1st through Easter, and December 2010, that has very popular apps which drop to free every day.

App Event - a program starting up again mid-2010, that drops the price of an app to free every day, operates in Belgium.
